Comment from Kira Henry, Interim Oversight Board Member

Hi I’m Kira, part of the Interim Oversight Board with the National Leadership Network.

I was lucky enough to get involved in the network at the very start when it had its name and not a lot else. I’ve had the opportunity to access applications, interview organisations and people amongst lots of other things.

The opportunities I’ve received through working in the NLN have been amazing, getting to know the people working alongside me as well has been nothing short of a privilege.

I’ve been able to watch the network grow from ideas into realities and it’s been really humbling.

I really can’t wait to see what happens next with the overall project and where my journey with them will go as well. I hope to stay involved as much as possible as it is just such a great project and I’ve just loved every minute so far.
